UPDATE: Tamers have been updated!A few features that tamer's now follow are:
- Fur now only has to be around the wrists, not all the way down the arm!
- Legs are now slim digitgrade legs rather than plantigrade with large feet
- Tails can now be slightly longer, maxing out in length at the back of the knee.
- They can have up to 10 spines on their head rather than 6.
- Fur now covers the feet rather than having the overlapping fat.
LEGACY TAMERS CAN STILL BE MADE! Legacy Tamers can be updated to the new features for free. All other features that have not changed are still required and the same.

The Anthrodocian (commonly known as Tamers) is a creature that inhabits planet Alaria. Tamers are much like humans by how they live in tribes, take in other creatures to help them or as a companion, walk, have their own language, and create and use tools and shelters! However, their knowledge does not expand beyond what's outside of their local habitat or beyond more traditional shelters and tools.

VISUAL DESCRIPTION
They’re bipedal creatures with a flat face in a heart shape that lacks fur. Their faces have no nose, and a pointed mouth. Because of their top lip shape, they are unable to grow snaggle teeth or any teeth that show from the outside. The most notable feature on their heads is their head spikes; they have at least one of these and can sometimes resemble ears. The spikes are stiff at the base but are looser the longer they are. These longer spikes can be styled up into things like a pony tail, slicked back, etc! The most spikes that can be seen on a tamer's head is 10.
While tamers can grow additional limbs (up to 4 total arms, 4 total eyes and 5 total tails) they typically are only seen with 2 arms, 2 legs and a tail. Their arms and legs have longer fur that grows near their hands and feet. They have 3 fingers and a thumb; the fingers are rather small and stubby but work for holding things well, they can be full claws or normal fingers. They have 4 claw-like toes that stick closely together. As for tails, they are usually rather short like a little nub but can grow out to be long if they have a mutation. These tails can come in a variety of styles.Tamers do not have a sex or gender; this means they do not have sex-specific organs or traits! Their chests sit flat and do not have nipples or genitalia. (More info on tamer identity can be found under biology.) They also do not have a defined muscle build. Tamers are rather squishy and rather weak, while tamers can have different body shapes none (with the exception of the Brute sub-species) can be muscular as they do not have those defined muscles. This is definitely a weakness of the tamer, but they do not seem to mind as they have the assistance of the companions. They can grow up to anywhere between 4ft and 8ft tall.TRAITS AND FEATURES
While tamers do not have different distinct traits, there are some things that they absolutely cannot have and some things that not all tamers have!
✓ Can Have:
-Glowing markings
-Particle effects
-Extra limbs (4 arms max, 4 eyes max, 5 tails max.)
-Long fur (cannot cover more than a third of the body without being Dwarf sub-species.)
-Missing Limbs
✗ Cannot Have:
-Horns
-Teeth that protrude out the mouth
-Functional wings (needs tiny wing mutation for non-functional wings)
-Robotic/High Tech Parts
-Ears, paw pads, sex-specific parts

TAMER MUTATIONS:
Previously Tamers lacked traits, but these mutations are a bit different than the traits of other species. Rather than traits, tamers can have Mutations! These mutations can only be added via Mutation Vial or Items. (Previously added via trait tickets and had rarities, but that has since been removed.)
- Spineless (Lacks head spines at all)
- Extra Long Tail (Max length is full leg length.)
- Keratin Growth (Cannot have horns or claws still.)
- Goo (Partially made of gooey substance.)
- Elemental (Has fire, water, earth, nature, or other elemental features.)
- Tiny Wings (Purely cosmetic)
- Secondary Form (Can transform from one sub-species to another. Requires potion and ticket.)

LIFE PHASES AND AGING
Newborns 0-0.5yrs (Known as “Fluffkins”)
Tamers do not stay babies for very long, despite having a large lifespan. Tamers grow and mature quickly at the start of their life, then begins to slow down in the middle of their lives.
Baby tamers are hatched very small and covered with fur, giving the impression of being little balls of fluff. They’re not born with any teeth, head spikes or even tails. Their arms and legs are very short and on the stubby side, preventing them from walking and instead needing to crawl to get from place to place. At this point in time they are very vulnerable to any possible surrounding dangers.
Baby tamers are usually put in care with a Nurser Tamer; a tamer who has dedicated their life to looking over fluffkin and waddler tamers. To ensure a newly hatched fluffkin will be safe; a tamer who is passing with a SoulPebble will rest near a nursery.Waddler 1-3yrs
Waddlers are tamers who are growing in their legs and arms. Their legs grow much faster however, leaving their arms a bit short. As they’re getting use to their legs, they tend to waddle around. At this stage, they also begin learning to speak!
Waddlers lose most of their baby furs and have noticeable nubs on their head and a little nub tail beginning to form!
Juvenile 4-6yrs
Juveniles are now properly walking, and talking! By this time all baby furs are gone and their tail, head spikes and arms have taken shape; but they still lack the additional growth on their arms. Juveniles are able to be out on their own and even will sometimes pick up a special craft or interest at this age.
Adult 7-45yrs
Adults are fully grown and fully developed tamers! They have a specialized craft, or end up going off on their own and leaving their tribe. Tamers who usually end up on their own either become a brute or is unable to start a new tribe and end up spending life and passing alone. Lone and Brute tamers are unable to reproduce with SoulPebbles. They usually do not make it to the elder stage.
Elder 45-100~yrs
Elders are highly respected and loved members of tamer tribes; some continue working in their special craft but others will retire. Their bodies begin to show age with wrinkles and their fur begins to become dull.
NOTICE: Times are in ALARIAN times, rather than human times.

SUB-SPECIES
There are 2 known sub-species of Anthrodocians; the Dwarf, and the Brute.
DWARF TAMERS
Dwarf tamers are tamers born with a genetic mutation, causing them to keep their baby furs even as a full grown adult. It also stunts their growth causing them to be unable to grow only between 3ft and 4ft. The most head spikes they can grow is two, and can only have one pair of arms and eyes. Unfortunately, dwarfs have a shorter lifespan than the average tamer; usually only living up to 60 years*. Due to their excessive amounts of fur and inability to grow full size adult organs, they are more prone to health complications such as overheating, dehydration, and illnesses. Their fur grows at a very fast rate so there is no chance of keeping it trimmed down.
BRUTE TAMERS
Brute tamers, the polar opposite of dwarfs! Unlike the dwarfs, brutes develop their form from when a tamer leaves the safety of their tribe to be on their own. It's body quickly adapts to the harsh environment; growing larger, gaining strength, and losing most of its fur. Despite these advantages, brutes have their disadvantages; they are slow, quick-tempered, and usually live in highly dangerous areas. They also cannot infuse their soul with a soulpebble when passing; leaving their soul to be entirely released and unable to pass on any genetics. Brute tribes are typically rather small, only consisting of 2-5 brutes. While brutes eat everything they physically can- including other alarians; if a tribe were to be unable to find a food source they will kill and eat each other.
Reasons a tamer may leave its tribe is because of feeling out-casted or alone, lost it's way back home, or to simply explore on their own despite knowing the risks.

ENTRY 2: AVES GLIDERS

Aves Gliders are lanky creatures that can be found all over Alaria's warmer regions. They're known for their patagium, which is the flap of skin connected at the wrist to the base of their tail. This allows them to glide from high places, most notably tree to tree. Gliders make amazing companions to the tamers. They are nocturnal pack hunters with an omnivorous diet. They're also very curious and will approach strangers when in a pack and will not attack unless provoked or hunting. If alone, they will flee at the sight of a stranger or possible threat.

VISUAL DESCRIPTION
Aves Gliders are quadruped creatures with retractable claws in their front and back paws. Their front paws having a dew claw for better grip. Their heads have a small snout with a subtle curve. Nostrils come down to a "V" shape towards the mouth. Their massive butterfly-like ears are great for hearing and impressing others. Being omnivores, they have large sharp canines that allows them to easily cling onto larger prey.
They lack paw pads. Their tail length is about as long as their body and ends with large plates that fan out called "False Feathers". These are made of very thin cartilage and have a thin layer of fur over them.ANTHRO FORM
Anthro forms are forms of gliders that show them in a anthropomorphized state; standing on 2 legs and have the ability to talk. These forms are not canon to the world and lore, but still can be drawn and used this way.
